Super Talent SSD Earns Microsoft® Windows® Certifications

San Jose, California – January 22, 2008 -- Super Talent Technology, a leading manufacturer of Flash storage solutions and DRAM memory modules, announced today that their 128GB SATA solid state drive (SSD) has been awarded the “Works with Windows Vista®” and “Designed for Microsoft Windows XP” logo certifications.


The FSD28GC25M, an industrial-grade 128GB 2.5” SATA SSD, passed intensive qualification testing with both operating systems to become the world’s first Windows certified 128GB SSD. Super Talent’s SSDs have already undergone comprehensive compatibility testing in the company’s Silicon Valley headquarters that includes validation with a variety of motherboards, chipsets, CPUs, RAID controllers, operating systems and applications.

Atomic Juice™ PSUs Offer Enthusiasts a Fresh New Look

San Jose, California – December 18, 2007 -- Super Talent Technology, a leading manufacturer of flash storage solutions and DRAM memory modules, today introduced an all new line of power supply units (PSUs), dubbed Atomic Juice.

Nvidia® SLI™ certified Atomic Juice PSUs come in 600W and 700W sizes. “We didn’t want this to be just another cookie cutter PSU, so we juiced it up with a unique look and best-of-class features”, said Super Talent Director of Business Development, Paul Sperry. The ultra-quiet 120mm ball bearing fan, which is backlit with fire-orange LEDs, communicates with temperature sensors, automatically adjusting RPM and airflow as needed. The universal AC input 100 ~ 264 Vac, is automatically switched and adjusts the hardware to operate at the available input voltage. Quad 12 V rails provide independent and reliable power to CPU(s), video card(s) and the other system components.

All six, above models, are sampling now. Atomic Juice PSUs will be available from Super Talent resellers worldwide in January. Street price on the 700W model is expected to be around $145.

Super Talent Expands SSD Offering to include ZIF Socket

This new line of SSDs is offered in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities. All these capacities are packaged in an industry standard form factor that is compatible with 1.8-inch ZIF hard drives. These drives support 30MB/second sequential read and write speeds, lightning fast 0.1ms access speeds, have exceptional resistance to shock and vibration, and consume less than 1 watt of power when active. Super Talent Launches 256GB SATA SSD

San Jose, California – December 4, 2007 -- Super Talent Technology, a leading manufacturer of flash storage solutions and DRAM memory modules, today launched a pair of 256GB Serial ATA (SATA) solid state drives (SSDs). .

Super Talent’s new FSD56GC35M is 100% interchangeable with standard 3.5-inch SATA hard disk drives, but offers all the advantages of an SSD including greater resistance to shock and vibration, significantly lower power consumption and faster performance. FSD56GC35M supports a 0C to 70C operating temperature range. Super Talent also offers an industrial temperature (I-Temp) version of this drive, SS56GA6C35I, which supports an extended -40C to 85C operating temperature range. All I-Temp rated SSDs are tested at their rated temperature extremes to ensure functionality.

Super Talent SSDs are interchangeable with conventional hard drives but are significantly more resistant to shock and vibration. Moreover, these new I-Temp SSDs have considerably better tolerance of extreme temperatures than hard drives.
